1. Our trade policy
1.1 – The Cashmere Company website offers products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively towards its end users who are “consumers”.
1.2 – When we talk about “consumer” we mean any natural person who uses the website www.cashmere-company.it for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any.
1.3 – In consideration of its commercial policy, Cashmere Company reserves the right not to process orders from persons other than the “consumer” or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 – These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the site and between users of the site and Cashmere Company.
2. How to conclude the contract with Cashmere Company
2.1 – To complete the purchase of one or more products in the e-shop at www.cashmere-company.it, you must complete the order form electronically and send it to Cashmere Company electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 – The order form contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal, as well as a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment method you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
2.3 – The contract is concluded when Cashmere Company receives your order form electronically, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order, including payment by credit card.
2.4 – Before proceeding with the purchase of products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal.
2.5 – The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
2.6 – Prices published on the e-shop, payments, and order invoices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free for orders in Italy over 200 euros. The languages available for concluding the contract with Cashmere Company are Italian and English.
2.7 – Once the contract is concluded, Cashmere Company will process your purchase order. Separate orders will be processed and shipped separately.
2.8 – Cashmere Company may not process your purchase orders if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that Cashmere Company has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented in the e-shop are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when you sent the order form, Cashmere Company will promptly inform you of the unavailability of the products ordered, and in any case within ten (10) days from the day after you sent your order to Cashmere Company. If you have sent the order form and paid the price, Cashmere Company will refund the amount you have already paid.
2.9 – By electronically submitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Conditions of Sale in your dealings with Cashmere Company. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form to purchase the products.
2.10 – By submitting the order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the site, including those accessed via links, including the privacy policy and the information on the right of withdrawal.
2.11 – Once the contract is concluded, Cashmere Company will send you an order confirmation email containing the information already included in the order form (a link to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, information regarding the essential product characteristics, and a detailed description of the price, payment methods, your right of withdrawal, and shipping costs). Another email will be sent upon delivery of the package to the courier with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1 – In the e-shop at www.cashmere-company.it, only products bearing the Cashmere Company brand are offered for sale.
3.2 – Cashmere Company does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 – The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site. The images and colors of the products offered for sale may, however, differ from the actual colors due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 – Product prices may be subject to change. Please check the final price before submitting your order form.
3.5 – All products come with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal. We ask that you do not remove the tag and seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
3.6 – Cashmere Company, in the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, has the right to refuse the return of products that are missing the relevant tag or that have been altered from their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
4. Payments
4.1 – To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow the methods indicated on the order form.
4.2 – In case of payment by credit card, your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to PayPal or other banks and/or financial institutions that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used by Cashmere Company except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or when necessary to prevent or report fraud on the site to the police. The price for the purchase of the products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to your current account upon completion of the purchase order.
5. Shipping and delivery of products
Please pay attention to the information in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, is deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of sending the order form.
5.1 - The website www.cashmere-company.it can be accessed from all over the world. However, the Products available on the Website can only be purchased by users who request delivery to Italy and the EU . For further information, please contact info@cashmere-company.it
5.2 – Shipping to Italy and EU countries is free for orders over €200. Shipments are made via UPS express courier.
5.3 - If the pre-established threshold is not exceeded, the costs of a single STANDARD delivery (2-4 working days) will be charged as listed below:

5.5 – Items are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are: main destinations in Italy 2 business days, remote destinations in Italy and EU countries 3-4 business days.
5.6 – When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
5.7 – Upon arrival of the goods, please inspect the package before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package appears tampered with, please sign for receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, please report the incident immediately to the courier and contact Cashmere Company at info@cashmere-company.it .
If the package is damaged or if any items are missing, you must keep the packaging for further inspection. Any complaints regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery address must be received by Cashmere Company within 3 days of the courier's delivery date, otherwise they will not be accepted.
5.8 - By placing an order, you establish a business relationship with Cashmere Company and therefore agree to accept delivery of your package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient (wrong address, recipient consistently absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the recipient refuses delivery, shipping costs and any additional charges will be deducted from the refund due.
5.9 – You can request any information on the shipment and delivery of the products from our customer services by writing to info@cashmere-company.it .
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 – You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Cashmere Company by making return request within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the order.
6.2 – To proceed with returns, you must request authorization by writing to info@cashmere-company.it, specifying:
- the order number
- the items you wish to return
- the reason for the return
After verifying the return's conformity, you will receive an email with the return authorization and all the procedures for preparing the package and returning the purchased products.
6.3 – After preparing the package, deliver it to the UPS collection point closest to you www.ups.com
6.4 – By using the courier indicated by Cashmere Company, the costs of returning the products will be borne by Cashmere Company and you will not have to pay any return costs yourself.
6.5 – If you decide to use a shipping carrier other than the one indicated by Cashmere Company, the costs of returning the purchased products will be at your expense.
6.6 – The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in the previous points 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 – is deemed to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
a. the return request sent directly to the email info@cashmerecompany.it or other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and sent to Cashmere Company within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, or washed;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal which forms an integral part of the item;
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
e. the products must not be damaged.
6.7 – If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 6, Cashmere Company will refund the sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms established.
6.8 – The sums will be refunded to you as quickly as possible and in any case, no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the return in the Cashmere Company warehouses.
6.9 – If the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, as set out in letters a) and e) of the previous paragraph 6, are not complied with, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Cashmere Company. Within 14 days of sending the email informing you of the non-acceptance of the return, you may choose to receive, at your own expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to Cashmere Company, notifying Cashmere Company according to the methods communicated to you. Otherwise, Cashmere Company may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions set out in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph 6.6 are not complied with, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid to Cashmere Company. You will, in fact, be responsible for any diminished value of the returned products resulting from use other than that authorized by Cashmere Company for the purpose of allowing you to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. In this case, a percentage ranging from 10 to 90 percent of the amount you paid to Cashmere Company for the returned products will be deducted from the expected refund, as specifically communicated to you by Cashmere Company via email. Within 14 days of the email notifying you of the amount deducted from the refund, you may choose to receive the products back, at your own expense, in the condition in which they were returned to Cashmere Company, by notifying Cashmere Company according to the methods communicated to you. Otherwise, Cashmere Company may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.
7. Refund times and methods
7.1 – After the products have been returned, Cashmere Company will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that they comply with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 6. If the checks are concluded positively, Cashmere Company will send you, via email, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
7.2 – Whatever payment method you used, the refund will be activated by Cashmere Company as quickly as possible and in any case within 7 working days from the date the return is received in the Cashmere Company warehouses.
7.3 – If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated on the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made by Cashmere Company, in any case, to the person who made the payment.
7.4 – Cashmere Company indicates UPS as the shipping agent for product returns in Italy and the EU. You can return products to Cashmere Company via UPS without having to pay the necessary shipping costs yourself. This method also allows you to check the location of each package at any time, freeing you from any liability in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport.
7.5 – If you decide to use a different shipping company than the one indicated by Cashmere Company to return the products, you will have to pay the necessary costs yourself and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, according to the methods and terms established for exercising the right of withdrawal.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
9.1 – The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
9.2 – In the event of disputes between Cashmere Company and any end user arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court will be that of Brescia.
10. Changes and additions
10 – The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time, also in light of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the website www.cashmere-company.it
